By accessing or using the Pulse Visit website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Essara Healthcare Private Limited, operating as Pulse Visit.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform — including patients, caregivers, doctors, nurses, and any other healthcare professionals.

2Our Services

Pulse Visit is a technology-enabled healthcare facilitation platform that connects patients with qualified healthcare professionals for in-home and remote care services, including but not limited to:

  • Doctor Home Consultations (in-person clinical visits at your residence)
  • Nursing Care at Home (wound care, injections, vital monitoring, catheter care)
  • Teleconsultation (virtual video/audio doctor consultations)
  • Elderly Care Services (companionship, daily assistance, health monitoring)
  • Chronic Disease Management (diabetes, hypertension, post-COVID support)
  • Post-Hospital Recovery (physiotherapy support, medication management, follow-ups)

Pulse Visit acts as an intermediary platform. The clinical services are provided by independent, credentialed healthcare professionals who are part of the Pulse Visit clinical network. Pulse Visit is not a hospital, clinic, or medical institution.

3Eligibility

To use the Platform as a patient or caregiver, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have guardian consent if booking on behalf of a minor
  • Provide accurate and truthful personal and medical information
  • Be located within our active service areas in Goa, India

To join the Platform as a healthcare professional, you must:

  • Hold valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC) or the Indian Nursing Council (INC), as applicable
  • Complete the Pulse Visit onboarding and verification process
  • Maintain your credentials and professional standing in good order throughout your engagement

4Bookings & Appointments

When you book a service through Pulse Visit:

  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once a healthcare professional is assigned
  • You must ensure that the patient and a responsible adult are present at the address provided at the scheduled time
  • Appointment slots are subject to professional availability; we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil confirmed bookings
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled visit may attract a cancellation fee
  • Pulse Visit reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen operational or safety circumstances

Emergency situations: Pulse Visit is not an emergency response service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 112 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.

5Payments & Fees

Service fees are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods accepted at the time of booking
  • Receipts will be issued digitally upon successful payment
  • Pulse Visit does not directly handle insurance reimbursements, though we can provide receipts for your insurer
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be processed within 7–10 business days where applicable

6Clinical Professionals — Additional Terms

Healthcare professionals who join the Pulse Visit network agree to:

  • Maintain valid medical registration and abide by relevant regulatory bodies (MCI, NMC, INC)
  • Deliver services with the standard of care expected of their qualification and experience

  • Use only the Pulse Visit-approved digital tools for patient records and prescriptions
  • Not solicit patients acquired through the Platform for services outside the Platform

7User Conduct

All users of the Platform agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any Pulse Visit staff or healthcare professional
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform by contracting directly with professionals met through Pulse Visit
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload or transmit malicious software or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these conduct standards without prior notice.

8Medical Disclaimer

Important: Information provided on the Pulse Visit Platform — including any general health content — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always follow the guidance of the qualified healthcare professional assigned to your case.

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform
  • Clinical decisions, errors, or omissions made by healthcare professionals during service delivery
  • Loss of data, service interruptions, or any third-party actions affecting the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, healthcare professionals, or the Platform's integrity.

You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.
